PROGRAM DETAILS
We are always looking for people with remarkable talent. And with no cap on the number of referrals you can submit, your bonus potential is unlimited! Your candidate referral will be assigned to an Proiasys Account Manager who will contact them. We’ll do the heavy lifting and convert your referral into an interested candidate. There’s no fee, no obligation, and no commitment for the candidate you are referring!
HOW IT WORKS
- Applicants must fill out the referral’s First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number upon completion of the application. For each referral that gets hired, you will receive up to a $1,000 bonus after they complete their first 90 days of billable time (480 hours).
- If your candidate accepts a new job offer through Proiasys, we will notify you immediately and request that a Federal Form W9 to be completed. Payments will not be released until the referral has completed the 480 hours of billable time and a valid W9 has been received. Certain restrictions apply.
